Payment Terms and Refund Policy

At Assured Response CPR and First Aid Training Inc., we are committed to providing clear and fair payment terms. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms:

Payment Terms

1. Net 30 Invoicing:

   • All invoices are due within 30 days of issuance unless otherwise specified.

2. Deposit Requirements:

   • If your company is unable to comply with net 30 terms, a 50% deposit is required to confirm a course date.

3. Invoice Issuance:

   • Invoices are generated 7 days prior to the scheduled course date.

4. Participant Adjustments:

   • If the number of participants decreases after the invoice is issued, the invoice amount will remain the same.

   • If the number of participants increases, the invoice and cost per participant will be adjusted accordingly.

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations Within 7 Days:

   • If a course is cancelled with less than 7 days' notice, the full invoice amount will still be due.

   • This policy ensures we can cover the logistics, scheduling, and payroll for our instructors.

2. Rescheduling:

   • We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise and will work with you to adjust course dates when possible.

   • However, we are under no obligation to reschedule, and additional charges may apply depending on the new arrangements.

Late Payment Policy

1. Interest on Late Payments:

   • Payments not received within the net 30 timeframe will incur interest at a rate of 2% per month (24% per year) or the maximum amount permitted by law, whichever is less.

   • Interest charges will be added to the outstanding balance until payment is made in full.

2. Collection Fees:

   • Any costs associated with collecting overdue payments, including legal fees, will be added to the outstanding balance.

Additional Notes

• All payments must be made via the methods listed on the invoice.
