Most standard group training programs can be arranged within 5–7 business days. For larger organizations (50+ participants), we recommend 2–3 weeks of lead time to coordinate logistics, confirm venue details, and prepare materials. Contact us as early as possible for the best availability.
Yes — on-site delivery is one of our most popular options. We arrive fully equipped with training manikins, AED trainers, and all required materials. You provide the room; we handle everything else. We require a space that comfortably accommodates your group, with tables and chairs arranged for skills practice.
Our group training programs require a minimum of 5 participants. Below that threshold, we recommend enrolling your employees in one of our regularly scheduled public courses at a partner location near you.
Yes. Every participant who successfully completes the course receives their own individually issued WSIB-recognized certificate. Certificates are issued the same day for most programs.
Yes — we frequently run programs where different roles receive different certification levels. For example, your designated first aiders may complete Standard First Aid while the rest of the team completes Emergency First Aid or CPR-A. We'll coordinate the schedule so it runs smoothly.
Our instructors make every effort to ensure all participants are supported through the program. Participants who do not meet the requirements will be advised individually. In most cases, additional practice and a quick re-assessment can be arranged before the session ends.
Yes. Assured Response is a WSIB-approved training provider. All courses meet Ontario workplace health and safety requirements under the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act and are CSA compliant.
Yes — we can build a recurring annual training schedule for your organization so certifications never lapse. Many of our clients set this up once and we manage the scheduling going forward. Ask about this when you submit your inquiry.
