ELIGIBILITY
Are You the Right Fit?
We accept applications from qualified instructors and training organizations operating in Ontario. The bar is intentionally high — network quality depends on every provider maintaining the same standard.
Ideal Candidates
- Certified first aid / CPR instructors with active credentials
- Paramedics and EMTs with teaching experience
- Registered nurses or respiratory therapists seeking a training role
- Existing small training organizations seeking program structure
- Safety professionals looking to add a certified training offering
- Health & safety consultants expanding into hands-on training delivery
Minimum Requirements
- Active Heart & Stroke Foundation or equivalent certification
- Minimum 2 years of instructional or facilitation experience
- Access to appropriate training space and required equipment
- Ability to meet Assured Response program delivery standards
- Insurance and business registration (or ability to obtain)
- Professional references available upon request
HOW TO APPLY
From Application to Authorization
Most applications are reviewed and responded to within 5 business days. Approved providers can be onboarded within 2–3 weeks.

Initial Review
We review your application against our provider criteria. If there's a fit, we'll reach out within 5 business days to schedule a call.

Qualification Call
A short call to learn more about your experience, training style, and capacity. This is also your chance to ask questions about the program.

Onboarding & Authorization
Approved providers receive program documentation, brand guidelines, certificate issuance access, and are listed on the Assured Response network within 2–3 weeks.
